How much does delivery cost?

Standard delivery for one to two items is a flat $9.95. Three or more items within the same order is FREE. Express delivery for up to three items is $19.95 or $24.95 for four or more items.

My purchase is a gift. Can I have is gift wrapped?

Yes! For a small fee we can provide gift wrapping on all items as well as a personalised card if the item is intended as a gift.

efragrance accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners cards. We also accept payment by PayPal.

Can I make payment over the phone or by fax?

Definitely. After you have proceeded to the online checkout you can select this option.

I've forgotten my membership password! What should I do?

Click Here, then enter your email address and your password will be automatically emailed to you.

Can I edit my membership details?

After you have logged on as a member, you will see "Edit Membership Details" in the top left hand side under the efragrance logo. Clicking this will take you to a page where you can edit your membership details.

Standard Delivery for one to two items is $9.95. Delivery for three or more items within the same order is FREE. Express delivery is $19.95 for up to three items or $24.95 for four or more items.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Standard Delivery time is between 3-12 working days depending on where your purchase is being sent. Express Delivery time is between 1-6 working days depending on where your purchase is being sent.

Gift vouchers

How do I redeem a Promotional Voucher or Gift Voucher?

Firstly, place the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout. After you have entered your delivery details and choice of wrapping you will arrive at the vouchers page. Just enter the Voucher Number or code in the fields provided, if you have a valid voucher the amount will be deducted from your total. If you have a plastic voucher then you will need to enter the number that appears under the scratch panel on the back of the card. This is also known as the PIN number and can only be seen once the panel is either peeled or scratched off.

How safe is it to give you my credit card details online?

We use 128 bit SSL Digital encryption to securely scramble your credit card details for transfer between your browser and our webserver. This means it is near impossible for any unauthorised party to access this information.
