EFRAGRANCE RETURNS

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, efragrance is happy to exchange it or provide you with an efragrance voucher for the amount of the item returned providing the product is returned to us in its original condition, undamaged and unopened, including the outer packaging. The customer must pay all freight charges and must contact efragrance within 14 days of receiving the product.

FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS

If goods are faulty you can choose between a refund, a replacement or an efragrance voucher. Please contact efragrance within 14 days of receiving the product. efragrance will pay all freight charges.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM

  1. Contact efragrance through our Contact Us page
  2. We will evaluate your return request and issue you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). We will also provide you with details of where to send your return. You must obtain an RAN number within 14 days of receiving the product.
  3. When sending back the product, please ensure the item is securely wrapped and packed. We recommend you use a reputable courier company and insure the item being returned.
